Specifying this panel
Most standby sets that fail to start fail on the battery. The charger and its healthy/fail alarm belong on the auxiliary panel, monitored, not on a plug top behind the set.
Interlock the louvres with the set. A generator started into a closed ventilation louvre pulls its own exhaust back through the radiator and trips on high water temperature within minutes.
