Electrical supply is immediate. The contractor you help at the counter comes back and tells you whether you got it right. That feedback loop is the best part of this job.

We are a lean team. There is no layer of the organisation where a decision disappears — if you size a cable for a customer, that is the cable that goes on the job, and you will hear back about how it performed.
We expect people to say when something is wrong, including when it is our own quotation or our own advice. The person who flags a mistake before it ships is worth considerably more than the one who spots it politely afterwards.
Training is largely at the counter, in the warehouse and on site, paired with someone senior. Most of our senior sales staff started at the counter, and several of our project engineers came off the delivery and service side.
Serve contractors and walk-in customers at the counter — quoting, order-taking and matching the right product to the job. Electrical product knowledge and a genuine helpfulness both required.
Own the technical desk: size cable, switchgear, motors and lighting against customer load lists and BOQs, and win project business on getting the selection right, not just the price.
Design and deliver rooftop solar — sizing, structural checks, net-metering paperwork and commissioning. Significant site work and genuine ownership of the whole job.
Keep the fast-moving range in stock and the deliveries on schedule. Own stock accuracy, picking and dispatch — the role that makes 'in stock, on time' actually true.
Install, commission and support panels, solar and automation across the region. Thermography and testing experience valued. Significant travel and real autonomy on site.
Write to us anyway. We have created roles for good people more than once, and we read every application properly.
