Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, company, email address, phone number and whatever you write in the message or scope field. Nothing else is collected about you.

We do not run advertising trackers, behavioural analytics or third-party marketing pixels on this site.

To answer your enquiry, and to maintain a record of quotations and technical correspondence relating to equipment we may supply. That record matters when a board needs support years later.

We do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing list. If you subscribe to the engineering notes, that is a separate action and you can unsubscribe from any message.

Nobody outside Callisto, unless a project requires us to share technical correspondence with a named subcontractor or component manufacturer on your behalf. We do not sell or rent contact data under any circumstances.

Our website is hosted on infrastructure that keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after twenty-four months. Records relating to supplied equipment are kept for the life of the equipment plus seven years, because that is how long the documentation stays useful.

Newsletter subscriptions are held until you unsubscribe.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond within thirty days.

Where deletion would conflict with a legal or contractual retention obligation, we will tell you which records are affected and why.
