Specifying this panel
The differential-pressure switch across the filter is the one input people leave out and then miss. A choked filter drops airflow long before anyone complains about temperature, and the coil freezes first.
Hardwire the fire trip. Dropping a supply fan through a BMS command is a soft trip that fails if the network does — the fire panel contact must break the fan contactor directly.
