Specifying this panel
Specify a 200% neutral where the load is non-linear. Third-harmonic currents from VFDs, LED drivers and switch-mode supplies do not cancel in the neutral — they add, and a 100% neutral runs hotter than the phases.
Colour coding the plating by incomer is a maintenance decision, not a cosmetic one: an electrician standing in front of an open flange can tell a generator-fed run from a transformer-fed one without a drawing.
IEC 60439-2 is the standard the range was certified to; it has since been replaced by IEC 61439-6. New designs are offered to either on request.
