Specifying this panel
The isolator has to be padlockable in the OFF position. Lock-off at the MCC is a different room; the person with the guard open needs the lock in their hand.
Fit local/remote as a keyed or clearly marked selector. A machine that starts from the control room while someone is working on it locally is the accident this station exists to prevent.
