Base-build distribution product supplied so that fitting out a floor for a new tenant never requires shutting down the riser.

In an earlier building the developer let, every tenant fit-out required a riser shutdown negotiated weeks in advance with existing tenants — a genuine letting disadvantage.
That earlier riser used cable that had to be re-pulled for each new tenant, which was slow and disruptive.
Future fit-out work would be done by contractors with no connection to the base build, working from whatever documentation survived.
We supplied sandwich busbar rising mains with plug-in tap-off boxes, so a new tenant supply is added by fitting a box to the live run — no shutdown, no negotiation with existing tenants.
Distribution boards, tenant metering and certified fire-barrier product were supplied to a standard layout across all fourteen floors, all genuine and authorised-channel.
The handover package was compiled for a contractor who was not there: indexed as-builts, floor-by-floor schedules and a spares list, in a form that survives being passed between parties.

HT · LT · House Wire
Power, control and building wire for every load — from 66 kV HT cable to FR house wiring, cut to your schedule.
BMS · HVAC · Energy
HVAC, lighting and energy control on open protocols — lower running cost without making a building harder to use.
We're happy to talk through what we found on this project and whether it applies to yours — including the parts that turned out to be dead ends.
