A 2.4 MWp rooftop array sized against the site's real consumption, paired with a lighting redesign aimed at racking faces rather than the floor — supplied and installed turnkey.

An earlier proposal from another supplier had sized the array on available roof area alone, which would have generated far more than the site consumed in daylight — exporting at a tariff well below the displaced import rate.
The existing high-bay lighting had been designed to a horizontal floor lux figure, and picking accuracy suffered in tall aisles where the vertical light on the rack face was less than half the floor reading.
Two of the four roofs were single-ply membrane still inside their waterproofing warranty.
We analysed a year of half-hourly consumption against the net-metering regime and sized the array at 2.4 MWp rather than the 3.6 MWp the roof could hold — the smaller system has a materially better return because almost all its output displaces import.
Membrane roofs were fitted with ballasted, non-penetrative mounting to keep the waterproofing warranties intact, and string sizing was checked against the site's record minimum temperature.
Lighting was redesigned for vertical illuminance on the racking face and supplied from genuine, authorised-channel product, with the as-installed survey measured at pick height and issued as a report.

Grid-tied · Hybrid
Grid-tied and hybrid rooftop solar, engineered around the roof and the load curve rather than the incentive.
LED · Indoor · Outdoor
LED lighting for home, commercial and industrial spaces — designed to a lux level, not a fitting count.
MCB · RCCB · DB
The protection layer of every installation — miniature breakers, earth-leakage devices, distribution boards and isolators.
Turnkey · EPC
Turnkey electrical, ELV and fire projects on an EPC basis — design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning under one accountable party.
