The problem
On an earlier project the client had sourced automation, switchgear and cable from several vendors, and spent weeks chasing mismatched deliveries and missing documentation.
Some previously-supplied parts turned out not to be authorised-channel, which created a warranty and traceability problem their QA team then had to unpick.
The line had a fixed validation batch date driven by a regulatory submission, with no float in the programme.
What we did
We supplied the automation hardware, switchgear and cable as a single package from one counter on one schedule, so deliveries arrived matched and on time.
Everything was genuine, authorised-channel product — Siemens and Rockwell on the control side, L&T and Schneider on switchgear — with full documentation and material traceability.
Our technical desk worked alongside the client's integrator through installation and commissioning, and issued the product documentation in a form that slotted straight into their validation package.
